General
LiveBattery.com is not responsible for typographical errors. This includes both advertising and the entirety of LiveBattery.com.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LiveBattery.com and the Purchaser and all claims and disputes in connection with the sale of products hereunder shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Purchaser agrees that all rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, including performance, enforcement and collection shall be governed in accordance with the laws and in the State of New Jersey. In the event that it becomes necessary to incur any expense for collection of sums due under this agreement, attorney's fees, court costs and any other collection expenses will be added to the balance due. All unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of one and a half (1.5) percent per month in addition to attorney's fees, court costs and other collection expenses. There will be no further notices of the above.

PAYMENT TERMS AND TAXES
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, insurance, handling and taxes. All NJ state residents are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your order unless you can provide a tax exemption certificate. Prices and configurations are subject to change without any due notice. All Payment is due upon placing your order.

SHIPPING AND TITLE
The purchaser pays freight and shipping. LiveBattery.com will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to you when LiveBattery.com delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising LiveBattery.com of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.

How do I Checkout?
New Customers
To register, click on "register now" on the checkout login screen and follow the instructions.

Registered Customers
On the login screen, select the "Returning Customer" checkout option.
Follow the prompts to complete your check out.
Step 1: Login
Step 2: Billing/Shipping Options (choose where to ship your order: home, office or other location)
Step 3: Select shipping (ground, 2 day or next day air for US deliveries)
Step 4: Order Summary (view applicable discounts, tax, shipping charges, and your order total.)
Step 5: Select a Payment Option (online secure credit card or offline)

When you are ready to send your order, click on "place my order".
After your order is sent to LiveBattery.com, you will receive two separate emails:
- Order Confirmation email-sent within 30 minutes of order
- Shipping Notice/Invoice email-sent the same day your order is shipped

How do I track my order?
Please log on to your account by clicking on My Account.
Once logged in, click on Order History, this will display all the orders placed by you. Click on the order # you wish to track, if the status shows "shipped", click on tracking # to track your package.

What is My Account?
Once logged into your account, you will be able to do the following:

- Change you password.
- Update your Personal Information
- Change your billing address
- Save your Laptop configuration

Sales Tax
Orders billed by LiveBattery.com will include sales tax on all shipments to New Jersey. For orders billed directly by one of our vendors, please review the product description page for the appropriate states that sales tax will be charged.
